BFMP 4x2MW HFO Containerized Power Plant Successfully Delivered to Middle Eastern Refineries
From November 28th to 30th, 2025, BFMP successfully delivered four 2MW heavy oil mobile containerized power plants destined for Middle Eastern refineries. The departure of each power plant represents not only product delivery but also BFMP's commitment to its customers and its sense of responsibility.
This shipment took place during the harsh winter. BFMP employees braved the cold winds, remained at their posts, and worked day and night to expedite loading and unloading, ensuring on-time delivery.
These four heavy oil containerized power plants feature robust configurations specifically designed to handle complex industrial power environments. The system utilizes four containerized generator sets operating in parallel, with a maximum power output of 7.5MW. The units can be flexibly started and stopped according to the customer's actual power load, achieving efficient and economical power supply. The core power source is the MAN 9L21/31 generator set, with a single unit power of 1880kW, offering reliable performance and powerful output.
Containerized power stations, based on a modular integrated design, are not only more convenient to transport but also allow for rapid deployment and dismantling on-site, significantly shortening the construction cycle and saving valuable time for customers. Northern Shipbuilding's 2MW heavy-duty oil tanker power station effectively solves the problem of production stoppages caused by factory power outages and can withstand harsh environments such as high and low temperatures and high dust levels, making it a reliable choice for plant backup power stations.
